For professional landscapers and other users of outdoor power equipment, how do you keep your equipment charged when you're on the go all day? Mr. Jim Hanlon of Towa Tools will help us figure that out at this EVA Silicon Valley chapter meeting. Coffee and light refreshments will be served.

This will be an in-person meeting, at the Maker Nexus, 1330 Orleans Dr, Sunnyvale, CA.? Start time is 11:00am, Saturday May 24.? Directions available at

The presentation will also be available on Zoom, minus the refreshments: register in advance for the zoom meeting at

Topics to be covered:
  • The requirement in outdoor power equipment to switch from gas to battery powered equipment.
  • The costs & bottlenecks to business this entails.
  • Power management solution to switch power to rather than simply grow expensive xs capacity.
  • Solutions to charge at 120V (handheld equipment) and 240V (for ride on equipment).
  • Solutions for mobile power
  • Solutions for trailers and workshops
  • Solutions for web monitoring and managing groups
