The November meeting of EAA646 is cancelled. We will have a December Christmas party on Thursday, December 12 at 6pm at Lydia's Italian restaurant. We will play the sneaky Santa game -bring a present to participate. Lydia's is near the intersection of art 419N and Apperson Rd in Salem.

This will be our last email communication, please read it fully. If you have any questions, please visit our website (link is in my signature) prior to emailing us. Below are the final instructions directly from our volunteer coordinator. Our volunteers are seasoned veterans at organizing the lineup so all you have to do is what they ask and you will be good to go! Arrival Time: 8:30 and 10:00 am. Please ensure that you arrive before 10:30, this will allow enough time to get you/your group in the line up and ready to go. Check In: There will be a parade participant check in on Jefferson Ave, right before Mountain Ave. Please review the below instructions based and follow the instructions that best work for you, your group participants. Drop off: For participants needing to be dropped off, please come to the check in station located near Mountain Ave. & Jefferson St. Drop off your group ¨C the group will get instructions on where they need to be lined up and will walk to that area¡¯s coordinator for next steps. A parade volunteer will meet you and allow entry to that street and direct you on who to go to, to get in the correct line up location.
