Panniers Tailbox now with Honeycomb Polypropylene Bottom

The weight of a wrench and the lock and chain combined with the pounding of potholes kind of bottomed out the left side pannier. I’ve added a reinforcement using 5mm thickness honeycomb polypropylene.?

I do my best to run a materials testing laboratory and report back to other bike manufacturers and custom builders. I learned from my mistakes. Actually the Honeycomb Polypropylene was not available until 2018, so it’s not my fault if I didn’t use it before 2018. ?The 4mm Coroplast is half the weight of the 5mm Honeycomb Polypropylene to be fair. Maybe just the bottom of the panniers needs to be the heavier material. Maybe if I didn’t run 85psi in my tires the Coroplast would last longer, LOL. The potholes on Hillside Avenue wrecked my panniers.
