How to change settings in Config?

 

OK, new to Direwolf.? Just getting it set up.? It is receiving, apparently, as I see traffic on the screen.? I am pretty sure (according to what I have read) that I have to change some settings in the Config.? My problem, I don't know how to get into the Config file.? I click on it and get the Windows popup saying no program available.? I can look at it with a Windows reader but not sure how to edit.? Currently using Windows 7 Professional.??

Suggestions?
 

Open with Notepad, or any other text editor.
Notepad++ is a good (and free) editor also.
