Need toroids

A bit off topic but...
?
I'm running Direwolf with an Easy Digi and a Kenwood TH-F6. RF feedback has been a problem that I have confirmed by running on a dummy load while near another station.? I think I saw a Toroid kit mentioned somewhere but don't have a clue as to what forum. Any suggestions?
?
Thanks

I ordered these ferrite suppressors:

and used them liberally on all wires: ?sometimes?2 on each end,

I primary use either Steward or Fair-Rite ferrites purchased from Mouser or Digikey, or equivalent.?

For a 2 Meter issue, I would use one of the following materials: 31, 43, 44, or 46.

Make sure your data cable is fully shielded.?

you'll find up to 6 to 10 beads (in series)? on a wire effective, most likely.? Don't stop at two and think that's all that can be done.

or , up to say low VHF wind the wires through each core? twice for four times the inductance. At higher frequencies, stray capacitance between the wires kills this advantage.

Thanks for the input. Because Kenwood recessed the mic and speaker inputs, I used an extension to make the connection at the radio. I have no idea how good the shielding is in the extension. I think I purchased from Amazon and it was cheap. Since then, I have acquired the extended plugs that should work directly into the radio. I think I'll see if I can eliminate the extension first while the beads and toroids are on order.

Again, thanks for the help

I am now going direct from Easy Digi to the TH-F6 (extension cable not used). I have also installed multiple toroid style chokes on everything but still get RF buzz. When running on the battery, it sounds pretty clean. My power supply is a recapped Heath HW-202-1 and I have tried a 20 amp switcher with similar results.
?
The good news it that it appears to be reliable but annoying and will always be a pebble in my shoe.
?
Thanks for the help. If anyone else has an idea, I am all ears.
