All classes will be 1 hour LATER to give the field and the equipment some time to warm up.?
Your fearless leader is also suffering after tearing a calf muscle, so I will need you to pitch in and set bars for class please; bending and lifting and all kinds of things require intact calf muscles lol.? I will be sitting some to rest my leg, please don't think it's because I don't want to be in class.??

I'm watching the weather to see what it will shake out for on Thursday, stay tuned to iogroups and FB for updates to the schedule.? My general rule is if the "feels like" temps are under 32 degrees, I'm out.??

We had some snow fall, but too wet to stick.?
That said, the ground is wet and slick, and the "feels like" temps will be below freezing tomorrow so NO CLASS on MONDAY.??
