So it’s time to secure your reservation and select your entrée.? The entrée choices for January are Short Ribs or Cod.? Accompaniments are parsley red potatoes &?broccoli blend vegetables; mixed greens and vegies?w/balsamic dressing salad; honey wheat bread; and cheesecake dessert.? Please let me know your choices and dietary restrictions.? The caterer tries hard to accommodate with advance notice.

If you have seating preferences, please advise.? And please get affirmation from all parties, so no one is surprised or has other plans. ?

Remember that this is a BYOB---all drinks—including sodas.? Small to-go boxes will be available by the ice/water table.? This is our effort to keep the waitstaff delivering meals, not chasing to-go boxes.?

And also remember that gentlemen are expected to arrive with coats and ties or tuxedos and women in semi-formal or formal attire. This is billed as a classy affair and we’d like to hold to that standard.?

Guest prices are $95/couple and we welcome guests.? They also need reservations well ahead of time.
