Most current is 0.3.10 beta6 dev287.
At
/g/d-rats/files/D-Rats/D-RATS%20pre-release. Older versions are not getting updates.
However, I do not know of anything in the new version that would address the problems that you are seeing.
No bug fixes or maintenance is being done on the python2 version of D-Rats.
If you need winlink connections, for Raspberry Pi, you will have to download the source and build it for the Raspberry Pi.
