The Philadelphia Digital Radio Association is now operating a D-RATS reflector (Ratflector). The address is k3pdr.dstargateway.org, port 9000. There are also two RF gateways to this Ratflector. Use a 1200 baud TNC or AGWPE soundcard on 144.97 MHz simplex, or a D-STAR radio on 445.73125 MHz with a negative offset. It is open to all Amateurs.
