D-RATS Download

[email protected] #564 I am trying to download the program <d-rats-daily-02232012-installer.exe> from the files section? on here and have been unsuccessful. I thought maybe it was a computer trouble of some sort so I changed computers and found that it does not download to any of them. Fortunately, the program is very useful in it’s current state and is used by many EmComm groups. ? I anyone knows a good Python programmer that would be interested in taking over development, we would all benefit from further enhancing D-RATS. ?
