Error message 10061 Connection refused

[email protected] #342 I am running a Ratflector that runs perfectly. I want to add the ability to bridge to reflector 10 D using a DV dongle. I keep getting the error message "10061 connection refused". Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug in the software?
