Hello All,

You may not remember the stage play and movie West Side Story, but in one scene
between the Police Officer [Crupke (sp)] and the Jets gang they tell him to 'Crup You' and
made a very rude, crass hand sign.

During a practice session, in mixed chorus, the singers completely carried out the
movement and the Music teacher turned 5 shades of RED!!! One rather embarrassed
young lady.

PS. We recorded the performance at Huntsville High; Huntsville AL in 1968 - I still
have my copy of the record as I was a member of the Mixed Chorus during that year as a
Senior.

You should be able to uninstall it in Control panel, Programs the way you uninstall any programs.? Other than that, delete the folder it’s in.

Anyone up for making contacts using Fldigi and D-RATS? I will be on 14.073.00MHz Wednesday evening, Aug. 5, 2014?from 7:30 - 8:30 PM (MDT) calling CQ. Anyone interested is welcome to join me.?
D-Rats via Packet with TNC-X

 

I have setup D-Rats to operate with a TNC-X and successfully tested Chat and File transfer. ?The D-RATS port for the TNC-X had to be set for 9600 baud in order to pass data back from the tnc to D-RATS. The transmit side would work at the desired 1200 baud. This setup could potentially cause a transmit buffer overflow as the TNC-X has a 6k buffer. ?I did successfully transfer a 20k file without an apparent problem. ?Anyone have experience or thoughts on this subject?

QST based on rss feeds

?Has anyone had any success working with rss feeds in drats? I have tried various combinations of addresses and timing, I can get it to work one time and then never again,?I am wondering how to continually go back and get updates from the same site. If it is an ATOM type do I need to download it then use the file for the QST? I have tried them as a CAP and it then seems to go to source code for the rss. Been working with this one for awhile and just don't seem to be able to find a work around.
