I just wanted to mention how happy I am with this kit.? It works very well and was easy to assemble.? I marvel at the simplicity of the circuit.? Using a variable resistance instead of fixed resistors makes for a very inexpensive kit.?
I plan to add a 10-pole switch with resistors for my next build.? US cost should be about $16 for the switch assembly.? I ordered resistors from Digi-Key and should get them in a few days.? The switch was ordered from Amazon.
The sound quality is amazing.? Now, I just need to figure out an inexpensive BFO for the shortwave bands.? Still looking for a good case solution.? Thank you for the suggestions on this group.

Larry,

Thanks for the comments. Following Peter VK3YE's way to make a 3.5MHz ceramic oscillator might be a simple solution. I can supply the ceramic oscillator if you guys need it.

Thanks,

Adam
