There seem tobe about 50k of them around onthe CHinese ebay sites still I'm going to do some work with it and and ADE-1 when it arrives - have been given one from Auckand well SBL -1 . I do have a couple of ADE-11s but I'd prefer the known device first . I have done modelling of it and the preamp in LTspice. I used a source follower J310 , the best RF FEtever made and that drove an HW 16 at bias point 80mA and a 4 to one Z match bifilar to drive the modelled ADE-1 the big issue is what is the Leff of the LO coil of the ADE-1 . it's easier to run a practical test but doing the sim with L =500n shows that the DBM will generate DSB. , more or less.
The set up of the DDS6E requires a 3x 4 matrix key pad to set the IF and to be able to enter the -sign in specific items in the CAL routine. the hash key is used to enter the negative sign. the Matrix is wired in Row 1 , 2, 3, 4, Col 1, 2, 3 on the central white molex header L to Right . I worked this out partly from the original Indian documentation. It started out as a newDelhi ham project (like an MEng thesis project I think) and Firmeware (O source) was stolen and commercialised in PRC. The DDS cannot inject a Minicircuits 7dBm 50 Z mixer directly there's not enough mojo in the Oput circuit.
DBM mixer comments - (relating to VFOs)? The ADE-1-24 which is very cheap on ebay (likely less than one USD in Yuan equivalent ) is a direct copy of the ADe-1 and simply has the pin functions of 5 and six reversed over the ADE- 1. That may be useful to you for any experiments you might want to do. This is is based on tests and discussion on Groups IO. I did not do any of the tests.

Guys,
Please treat this message as the formal announcement to
the worldwide. ADX-S V2 is now ready to take big volume
orders. Actually I already shipped a big box to a
builders' group in Europe earlier today.
I live near a big park in Shanghai and I operate ADX-S a
lot in the park. With the popularity of FT8CN and iFTx
Apps, I realized that I must design for the mobile devices
for field digital modes operation. That's why I have added
features like TCXO, Audio Cable Adapter and Bluetooth
Module.
RX modifications are incorporated in the V2 hardware so
you can easily toggle ATT while you are suffering from
strong BCI.
Band module automatic detection and TCXO addition make
the setup and alignment much easier. In most of the
occasions, you can save the frequency calibration and band
setting.
Hate toroids winding like me? Now you just need to wind
11 toroids instead of 21 to support 7 bands.
Hate desoldering the Arduino Nano module? Low profile
sockets are provided in the kit so you can easily replace
if necessary, and meanwhile keep the total height to fit
in the original plastic box.
Photos? They look the same as the ADX-S. Only difference
is the main board.
The price is 89 USD including tracked air shipping.
Please place order through the web store at:
The assembly manual, schematic, part list, source code,
and firmware update tools are now available for download
from:

You are welcome to spread the word to your local group or
club. Third party review videos will be available soon and

I used the Simple CHinese to Eng converter on? the spiel from Adams? HRO friend? ?in? the Browser and came up with these? interesting facts? in best Shakespearean prose? (just as King Charles would write ....) Around nine o'clock, we sent the mother and daughter off. We drove around the park twice and found a temporary parking spot on the roadside. We headed straight to the location of the Rongda field battle. On the way, we also asked Xu Yi to come out.
Where? was? Xu Yi ? - living in a hollow tree or a fox hole ?
After the meeting, Rong Da first showed me two radio kits, one of which was a three-tube rifle kit that brought back memories of my junior high school days. So Rong Da owned? a Rifle Kit in his? Jnr High. It's good that he was respectful and did? not take it?to school with him as far as he has let us know? !!!? TEF? It shows the advantage of respecting one 's parents? -? to end up as an Adjunct professor in EE and radio tech? and not in a Chinese jail.
I used the classic bottle rack end feed, and used Rongda's antenna, connected to QMX, opened JTDX, and made a few neon stations. When switching to 18 MHz, the transmission signal interfered with the USB port, and the connection between the computer and QMX was interrupted. At this time, the ADX-S connected by Bluetooth showed the advantage of not being affected by RF interference. Rongda also made a few FT8 QSOs by using an Apple phone to connect to the ADX-S.
Neon stations - international ones? ??
Steve JOb's Apple phone wins yet again I see.?
Later, with the arrival of Xu Ya, as well as BH4GUU and BH4FGJ, everyone started technical exchanges. Rong Da and Xu Ya, as old hands, shared their experiences in DIY and antennas. In the afternoon, we continued the field work in an open-air teahouse.
It's worth noting that that in Holland a " TEa house "? is where you go to buy and smoke "Mary Jane "? or Marijuana.? I think the Chinese Tea house serves real tea .? Dutch hams will confirm that this is not an AngloSaxon Joke or Slur about Holland.? Everyone knows this is a fact.? TEF. ======================================================================= Conclusion on the? Greatness or not of AI -??

Re: ADX-S mod for use with trusdx-audio
It is perfect. I probably can integrate your hardware into the main board in later version.

Re: ADX-S mod for use with trusdx-audio
Hi JE1RAV,
Are you indicating that the default is the regular mode until it
receives UA1 or UA2 to start trusdx audio mode?
Thanks,
Adam

The trusdx audio starts with receiving the command "UA1" or "UA2",
and stops with "UA0".
Thus, ?if the trusdx audio driver is not running on PC or Android,
the CAT command to control the frequency and so on can be used
normally.
Thanks,

HDSDR is my choice. See the web site: ? OK Adam, I'll add it to my wish list.? What software do you recommend? Thanks ! Jim
Jim,
Buy from AliExpress as they are the same. I am quite impressed by
the performance. To be used as an amateur HF CW/SSB RX is a piece
of cake.

Guys,
Have you tried this 32MHz bandwidth 16 bit ADC SDR receiver?
The performance seems very good. I am testing and loving it.
