I could fix the problem. Testing the ADT with an iPhone I measured the audio output, which was much higher than using the smartphone. So I was looking for a way to get a louder audio signal with my smartphone. In the settings I could deaktivate the Dolby sound and equilizer. Now I get an audio level very closed to the iPhone. It works?

0.5V in the Peak of the audio. Enough for a clear tx.?

I made a test using a cheap oszilloscope. When I transmit with audio from the pc, the Input is much higher than using the Huawai P30 smartphone. Reduction of the audio level using the pc, the result is the same as with my smartphone. as you mentioned. The vox setup is maybe to high.? Seems to be the same Input in the ADX-S and ADT, but I dont have any problems with my ADX-S using the smartphone.?

I can test okay on my old iPhone 6S Plus. However I did notice the audio sensitivity difference to drive the VOX. If it only fails on the lower audio frequency, you can add a chip capacitor (say around 1uF) in parallel with C3 and try again.

Trying to use the smartphone it fails. But using the ADX-S it works. Do you have any idea of a solution ?

Thanks for sharing.

For V2 hardware, you can also download one of these files, unzip and follow the readme. You might need to change the baud rate from the default to 115200 if it is not working.

So I placed a band pass filter incorrectly and fried the Nano.? Being a bit of a noob when it comes to programming, would someone please give me in simple steps the process to program a new Nano.

The kits are co-designed with a teacher in Beijing for youngsters in China for regional and national contests. We are glad to offer kits to our group members as well.

CR-1: Audio Morse code trainer with volume and tone controls (the on-board speaker is not a part of the kit)

CR-2: FM transmitter of 87.5-88.7 MHz, five frequencies, and it can sit on top of the CR-1 to support voice or morse code transmission. Without the external antenna, it can transmit to the next room

CR-3: FM receiver in two modes, one for general coverage of 87-108 MHz, and the other is for 87-89MHz to work with CR-2 (a wire antenna is supplied, but the on-board speaker is not a part of the kit)

The PCB size is 60 x 90 mm.

The german translation is slightly different from Adams english Version, but for reference purposes it is in sync with the step-by-step numbers from Adam's english assembly instructions. I've additionally tried to incorporate the important things from the V1 (V1.6) Assembly Manual into the V2 (V1.2) Assembly Manual and added some pictures and other stuff from my experiences from two DIY-Workshop in Austria. The parts list includes now all parts Adam is delivering with this great kit.
The german version is formatted for double-side printing so save paper if printed.

Feel free to give me hints of any mistakes in the german version. I will try to keep up with Adams future english versions.

Die deutsche ?bersetzung weicht geringfügig von Adam's englischer Version ab, dabei sind aber die Nummern der Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung zu Referenzzwecken gleich wie bei Adams englischer Bauanleitung. Ich habe zus?tzlich versucht wichtige Teile der V1 (V1.6) Beschreibung in die V2 (V1.2) Bauanleitung zu integrieren und habe einige Bilder und andere Details aus meinen Erfahrungen von zwei DIY-Workshops in ?sterreich hinzugefügt.
