Hi Adam,
I would like to buy the? CRX-10-A kit
?Is it local or in CHINA??
BOB AF2DX
Folks,
A week ago, I checked my inventory and found some parts for a few CRK-10A CW transceiver kits. One of my friend in China built a kit and was impressed by the good performance and smooth QSK. And this morning, I just realized that I have replacement solution for MC1350P so I can bring up the much loved KN-Q7A SSB transceiver kit. The initial testing was promising although the IF Gain is not as big as MC1350P.
I don’t know how long I can stay at home before my long time business trip, but I think I can do something to prepare. The old kits will be priced at more affordable point. Let me know if you like the idea. You can check out the manuals at ?to know more about CRK-10A and KN-Q7A kits.
Thanks,
Adam

开云体育C20 and C23 are reserved for modification of elliptical filter. You can just leave them not installed.

Re: D4D mods
I am building the kit and am a bit confused by the Rev D manual.? It says in step 5 to "not install C20 of C23 for now".? I haven't so far.? But I don't see any place in the manual where it says to go ahead and install them, no do I see a mod that seems to replace that step.? Should I install them "for now" so that I have the basic kit complete then worry about what mods I might want to do later?

Kits for club projects?
Folks,
Recently I received a few inquiries about club projects. I have two kits for your consideration, both at reasonable price under 40 USD. R3500D ARDF receiver kit Although I am not offering kit at my web site, I will be happy to accept club order of 10+ kits. It is easy to build and can be put into use to hunt a few foxes at 80m band. D4D DSB transceiver for FT8 D4D combines the kit building with the modern digital mode of FT8. You don’t need any alignment after building. The kit is simple and fun. The discount price for club is listed here: R3500D kit 10+ 25 USD each, 20+ 24 USD each D4D kit 10+ 33.25 USD each, 20+ 31.5 USD each plus actual shipping. Thanks, Adam |
Re: Shipping resumes Feb 10

Re: D4D mods
From my experience, there are many mods that people are making.? Some better than others.? If you purchase the kit and assemble it with the Rev D assembly manual, things should work very well.? All parts are included in that kit. Sorry...Been away for a bit...Try anything you have between 50 and 100pf...It's not that critical but 82pf would be optimal...Your target output should be 1 watt or so...I'm sure it will do more but you don't want to become non-linear or create unwanted signals...Jim WB2LHP
