vtproe not loading pages

I have windows 10 and started having problems with vtpro

It gives me and error message when I try to open a page
 

It would be helpful to list the error message you're receiving.

I would suspect it's the Flash issue.

It was a Windows 10 update that caused a problem for me with VTPRO-E. Try uninstalling recent Windows updates in control panel.
 

See if you have more than one theme in the project settings. If you do, try and only do 1. A combination of that and uninstalling / reinstalling VT worked for me.
 

there is also known issue with the latest java update, you will need to reinstall an older version than the latest?
 

Java - WTF?? It's staggering the misinformation that gets bandied about.

It was an Adobe Flash update that has been fixed for two weeks now.? People should be UPGRADING.

My point was that there have been copious posts on this topic since the issue arose?in late December?(at least three different threads - one?with over 60 posts) and the solution to the issue has been identified, resolved and documented.


However well-intentioned, the posts suggesting downgrading?various (often unrelated)?software elements could potentially do more harm than good.

We're programmers, working with stuff where a single mis-capitalized letter can potentially throw off the better part of a day.

I didn't think your tone at calling out the mention of the totally incorrect software package was off base at all.
