Hi,

Has anyone triggered the Zoom App from a TS-1070 App Control Extender recently?

I'm sending the us.zoom.zrc string and I can see the app_package_fb is us.zoom.zrc and I then trigger the Open App but it's not doing anything on either a TSW-1060 or a TSW-1070.

I can trigger the Sonos App no problem when pressing the Open SONOS reserved join.?

Any help would be appreciated greatly

Did you setup the TSW as a Zoom Panel with a page flip?
By the way, I have never had to send a special string to open zoom.
I have always just used the open app join.

ahh so I have to set it to zoom application and I can then trigger it opened and closed from the reserved joins to a custom page??

Yes and dont forget to enable the page flip. You also have the choice to default to zoom or default to custom page.
