OT: looking for a PAL to NTSC converter

I have a client who has a bunch of games for the PS2 that generate video
output in PAL format only. He wants to play these and display the output on
a TV; anyone know of an inexpensive (under $100) that can do this (PAL ->
NTSC) conversion? My searching doesn't come up with anything that fits.

While working on yachts and multi TV standards, I've had to used numerous
devices, unfortunately all the good reliable ones are not cheap. I really
think you will be pushed even to get a cheap one under a $100.

In the UK the following link are the products I've used with great success.
