Null Folder - Network Device Tree View

Does anyone know why I am getting a Null folder on my network device tree view?
Cresnet devices are reporting fine, but non of the ethernet devices are reporting.
However, the processor is connected to all devices and everything is working as usual.
This is happening to all my RMC3s.

I¡¯ve seen it happen with an ancient device that didn¡¯t report precisely as Toolbox expected it (iirc, it was a CNECI-4 or CNECI-4a where Toolbox was expecting it to report ?CNECI-4A

?

If you REPORTCRESNET in text console and compare the two side by side it should be pretty obvious.

I saw this recently with a PMC3 on the cresnet (thermostat) showed as null.? I rebooted, reloaded firmware, and then swapped for a MC3 I bought off of ebay (buddy's house).

I saw it with a Pac2 that somehow jumped into slave mode while I was setting up cresnet ids for keypads. Once I took it back out of slave mode it was fine again
