I need to control a cable box from Mediacom in Des Moines IA (do not yet have a model number for the actual box). I looked in the Crestron IR database and the files posted here on groups IO? and I do not see anything that references "Mediacom". I would appreciate a clue if anyone has controlled one of these. Thx in advance!

Thx, that is what I was seeing. I now have the model numbers. There are four boxes on this project, one Tivo that looks like it may be an Evolution Digital. I have an IR file for an Evolution UHD box for some reason from a previous project that may work. The other three are boxes Arris DCX860/R4CC/9322's. I see only two IR files in Crestron IR database for Arris which may work. I just have no experience working with Mediacom so just not sure if they have their own proprietary IR for the boxes they provide. Any additional insight from someone with experience with Mediacom cable boxes would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know many cable companies who have proprietary boxes/codes. They all source them from the same places...

Were you able to figure out what remote codes worked with the evolution boxes?? I have 11 going into a system.??
