Lutron QSX Feedback #lutron

Hello, has anyone had issues with the Lutron QSX? i am using a mc4 with 2.500 fw and using he crestron module from app store for QSX, and i have control but the feedback is momentary, sometimes a buttons on a keypad stays on but i cant get them off.?
TIA

You have to program amd use the LED for feedback. The joins are often 1 lower for feedback than the press.

The Feedback on button module doesn¡¯t work. It only shows a blink or toggle. Doesn¡¯t match actual Lutron programming feedback

thanks for the info, why they program a feedback if it doesnt work, and how i was suppose to know about the LED ? thank god for this group and for the good heart of programmers.?

The button feedback does work and is based on the protocol. Setting the button in the QSX program to ¡°dual action¡± is the best way to get the feedback one would expect.

Can anybody elaborate on this?
I'm not quite following what needs to be done to get the feedback into Crestron!

You actually can get "press" and "release" events from a button using the button module. See attached image, the button inside the QSX program must be setup as "Dual Action"

Thanks,

Jeff

Yes, but we don¡¯t need to know if the button was pressed most times, we need to know if the button feedback is on (load on it at scene). Like Litchen is all on. Show feedback.

There are occasional uses for a press or press and release like when the wall keypad has button that Crestron actually controls the item.

Then the LED module is what you want to use.
