On device can you plz help me how to use wake on lan in simple programming window?

I built this several years ago when I couldn't find an example.? you will need to put the mac address in hex format i.e. 00:E0:6F:2B:AC:D1 would be like \x00\xE0\x6F\x2B\xAC\xD1
