I think I have a solution for most of my problem here,? I dug up an old D3Pro project that had 6btns on it and got an engraving file out of there. Next, I took it and put it into a different project folder changing the name of it to an existing keypad.? when I opened the that project back up I was able to program it as a 6btn keypad. This worked for me because I had an old Cameo v2 file and the keypad I was trying to program was a Cameo v2.? But now I'm searching for an original Cameo v1 (C2N-CB) file for other keypads in the project.? Anyone have the same idea or thoughts on this?? Or should a cameo v2 work in place of the original cameo if I change the button type to a v2?? I kind of think it will but I only get one shot before I screw up the original programming.? And why can't people just make archives?!

I you problem wanting to use CBD 6 btn config (like God intended), or to swap CB models for CBD models?

Just trying to put back the original program like it was before.? Old Cameo for Old Cameo and New Cameo for New Cameo.? ?All 6Btns & 3Btns.? I looked on some old hard drives from jobs back in 2009 and found the file I was looking for. All my keypads have the original text on them and everything.

So for the CBD keypads that have the 'Lutron button 6 tax' applied, even though the image will force/show the split button 6 only, you can still program button 6 as normal and your 6-btn/non-split keypads will still work fine.
