I would assume that's what the "Front Panel Lockout" on Slot 5 of the Cresnet symbol is for... I've never used it that way (I rather like using the hard buttons on my TSTAT at home) but the Help supports that assumption

Does anyone know if there is a way to lock out the manual control (front panel buttons) of a Crestron tstat and only have control from a TP. (besides placing the stat in a lock box with an outboard sensor) Aloha Pat ------------------------------------ Check out the Files area for useful modules, documents, and drivers. Instead of a lockbox, how about using the furnace 'stat wiring for the remote sensor and move the TSTAT near the furnace....if you have cresnet there. Bypass the CHV-TSTAT's internal temp sensor... Your contractor will think you're just trying to make his life easier. |
