So I have been playing with Crestron Home at my house. Very simple setup. I have an MC4-R controlling 3 rooms. Living Room is the largest AV Zone (this has surround sound, Hunter Douglas Powerview shades, Lighting, and a TSR-310 remote). As a dealer and voice becoming more of a big deal in homes, we decided to give Josh.ai a go. I have installed it and for the most part everything is good because it is all living within the Crestron Home ecosystem... Except for my shades. It appears the only Lighting, Shades, Thermostats...etc that josh.ai will support voice control for on Crestron Home is Crestron branded Lighting, Shades, Thermostats...etc. I could be very wrong and missing something.

So my question:
Is there a way to control Crestron Home quick actions through josh.ai? When I am on Crestron's josh.ai website page, it lists Lighting, Shades, Thermostats, Locks, Scenes, QUICK ACTIONS, and AV distribution at be controllable. I cannot find any literature with instructions for pulling in Quick Actions on the Josh.ai portal.

Any information would be much appreciated and thank you in advance!!

You need to create a scene in Josh, then in Scene actions in the Josh portal press "add by device type" there you will see Crestron scenes which is where all your quick action items are. If your shades are controlled in CH via quick actions they will show up here.
