Best 32" TV for control integration

Hi Group,
?
What is the best 32" TV for control integration currently?
?
I have to replace a couple of 14 year old LG units that were on serial control.
?
Last time I replaced a 32" it was with a Sony which I could mostly control via CEC but not fully - I could turn it off and had menu/cursor controls, but could only turn it on via IR, WOL didn't seem to work either.
?
This system has a V1 DM video switcher in it with the old 3-cable receivers (2x Cat6 and a DM-Net) which has gone faulty. Although I'm quoting for it I'm not sure the client has the budget to replace it with current DM/NVX and may not use the TVs as video endpoints, just local displays with cable boxes behind, in which case I probably wont be able to use CEC anyway and will need either serial control or IR control but with discrete input and power commands.
?
I'm stuck with the 32" format as its on a TV lift built into a custom bed head cabinet, and I cant re-engineer this to take something bigger.
?
Oh and it needs to be available in the UK!

One I did a little while back was a Samsung QE32Q50A - discrete IR control, fairly slim compared to other options, and one of the only TV's I could find that size at 4K.
?
It looks like there's now a newer model (QE32Q50AE) that should work the same I would imagine.?

There are hundreds of digital signage options out there (LG, Samsung, Sharp/NEC, Philips, ...) but not sure about UK availability.... But The HD-CTL-101 () can be pretty darn handy to insert CEC in an otherwise uncontrolled case (I'm working on a hotel room project where we're using those to control an odd android TV box with special firmware masquerading as a STB that has no other provisions besides CEC or Bluetooth for control)... But also allow you to blank/disable the output of you wanted to use a 32" computer monitor instead which may be a little more readily available.

There is a NAX version of the same that will do ARC or (IIRC) pull 2-channel audio from the source to AES67 which could be handy if you need the audio for distribution?

I will order one of these in and give it a try.

Hi Lincoln,
?
was looking for something that would have a freeview TV tuner and the usual smart apps installed rather than a display monitor that would need a seperate Tuner/streamer/App hosting box.
?
I will take a look at the HD-CTL-101 though as I wasn't aware of it!
