Need guidance for setting up AVLINKPRO CH-100 with Crestron Home panels.

 

Hello guys, hope you're all doing very well.

I'm having lots of issues following the documentation for the integration of the AVLINKPRO CH-100 interface with Crestron Home panels. It's very convoluted IMO.

Does anybody here with experience can give me a few pointers on how to achieve this integration?

We are using a DoorBird video doorbell (front door) with (3) TSW-1070-R's inside the home, and the goal is to provide the customer with the ability to make and receive calls from every panel in the house.

Really appreciated.
 

I would reach out to AVLINKLPRO directly for help setting it up. Documentation is severely lacking and often they need to firmware update to get it running. I've yet to get one up and running without their assistance.

That's my impression as well. The doc is far from straight forward.

DoorBird works well with Crestron directly, and shouldn't require the AVLinkPro. What specific functionality is the latter adding?

I've used ControlWorks' DoorBird Simpl module in several systems successfully, and I think they also make a CH version, as do a few other providers.
