Hello eveyone, I hope you are doing well.

A customer called me few days ago and he told me that the lighting system did not work in the app so I had to visited him and when I tried to check the RF on the MC3 the option did not appear so I had to use the infiNetEx diagnostic tool and I connected to the MC3 via IP I saw no crestron keypad appears on the RF network.

The MC3 processor has the last firmware.

Has anyone had that problem? How do you solved? Thank you so much for your support
