Zoom Rooms app on TSW-1060

I had a customer call me this morning to report that the TSW-1060 in one of their conference rooms was showing the Crestron logo and the message: Application could not be installed. Please ensure there is an internet connection.

TB said to do the following:?Change Application to Default via web UI. Panel will reboot, then change app back to Zoom.Panel will reboot again, then go back to the same screen.Give it some time to download v5.13.0, which was released last night, and then Zoom should launch normally

This did not work and I am back on hold with TB.

Anyone run into this issue? If so, did you figure out a solution?

Thanks,
David?

Same issue on well over a dozen 1060 panels here- called TB in the morning and they had the same advice, which I had already tried before calling.? So far no joy.? I know there are console commands to change the firmware update and sonos specific update manifest URLs, does anyone know of a command to change the regular app update manifest URL?? I was able to find the Zoom 5.12 APK somewhere, I'd like to try "sideloading" that via a modified app update manifest file.??

It's hopefully just a terrible coincidence?this happens the same day they release this:?
While also the day after the announcement of a 15% price increase in the 70 series panels.??

Us too, about 20 TSW-1060 panels in 2 locations. I tried TrueBlue's fix and several others with no luck. I noticed in the error log on the panel it mentions a 404 error. I wonder if they pulled the update or something.

So now they want to fleece us for products they can't supply.

So far we've been having success with the latest guidance of turning off Zoom Room Page Flip, letting the panel cycle through a reboot, verifying Zoom 5.13.0 gets installed via the Status page, then re-enabling Zoom Room Page Flip.? It seems in all cases the panel/app will need to be re-paired to the Zoom Room.??
