Where, oh where, can I find latest firmware for CEN-GWEXER????
Only ZUMNET comes up on firmware page.? Why would it be anywhere else?!?!?!?!

Don't use the software & firmware search. It's almost entirely nonfunctional.

Go to the product page of the?CEN-GWEXER > Resources > Firmware

I used the "Search" under the general firmware page like some kind of crazy cowboy idiot......

Edit - Nevermind, I think I know what happened.
It doesn't show in the results if you searched the full product name.

As others mentioned, I usually go to Product Page's Resources tab in those situations.
The search is finicky about having full strings for certain FW package names.

In this case, it wants the full string including the underscore, or just "GWEXER" like I used above.

I mistakenly typed the proper model number.

I've noticed any search function on the Crestron site is a few years away from primetime it seems.? Just venting when in the middle of firmware hell when trying to get out of client's home ASAP.
