Hi All,
I have an old -2019- DSP1283 and having problem with Avia connection. All networking seems fine, there are other Crestron devices in the same subnet. Via Tools or console connection is without problem. The error code is 1803. Any experience?
All possible firewall and defender are off btw.

Hm, so you let the Avia-Tool search for the unit and it?s found?

And when you try to connect to the found device, it throws the error?

AFAIK, the Avia Tool actually uses the same know standard ports 41794/41795 Toolbox is using…

Then i?d suggest to do a factory reset and/or contact TB.

Yes, this is absolutely what is happening, usb and tcp are giving the same result. Enabling or disabling authentication is not making any difference. I am suspicious of some windows upgrade is blocking tha packages thats why I disabled all firewall kind protection but didn’t help. Any advice would be appreciated.
