NVX extracted audio

Mark All Messages By This Member #243863 Good morning all, I ran a newer firmware update for an NVX 351c setup to v.6.0.4835.00027 and we noticed the extracted audio is significantly lower. The only change to the system was the update on the NVX equipment. I am just curious if anyone has experienced the same situation.

I'm in transit right now but I seem to remember the level if not set programmatically could reset itself after a FW upgrade.
