Biamp Tesira X Series

 

Anyone seen this strange issue i've been banging against my head all morning.
Biamp Tesira X400 running firmware 4.1.0.2
Crestron Module v3.2
all instances are enbled and debugger is showing 0 Quarantined modules.
VoIp control block (on a registered voip line) will not initialize. If I change the name of the instance tag in simpl, the block will initialize i just don't have control

Have also just tested it against firmware version 4.0.2, Still will not initialize the VoIP Control/Status
 

I've seen it happen when ssh isn't enabled on the biamp if you are controlling over IP.? I've seen it happen over RS232 if you are trying to control through a c2nio.? The c2nio can't handle the communication speed well and will initialize but not control properly.? Other than those two things, I'm not sure.
 

No rs-232 on the x series

We have a site with this same issue on the VoIP control block. Biamp was made aware of it and said they were going to look into it but its been a couple of weeks since that conversation.? I believe when the Crestron was trying to connect it would get an error on the DND from the?Tesira?and then just error out and never work.?

This has been sorted out for sometime, and Biamp has a hot fix. Please contact Biamp support as Kris Daily mentioned.

i have received?BiampTesiraLib3.clz file from biamp to try, and i replaced the file and tested but still im unable to control voip dialer. Could you please help.
