I think you'll have to ask Planar tech support for it, unfortunately (why do companies still do that in 2020??)? [email protected] All Messages By This Member #250246 Late to this party, but did you end up getting anything written for the VC-9. ?We have a VC4 that we are getting ready to do, and would rather not start from scratch. ?It seems RS232 over IP is the way to go, but no Crestron "application" available for it. ?Any help would be appreciated.
