Thought it might be helpful to add this information.
We have been retroactively adding existing rooms to fusion and had issues adding these types of rooms. Long story short, NVRAM is disabled by default. Enable it, push the fusion ready program, add to fusion. With the NVRAM disabled the .RVI gets deleted when the program is pushed. -- ?
