I've got problem same as message topic. I'm on site installing equipment and one houer ago on front panel PRO2 start blinking I/O and Relay LED (all of them). Installers told me that not touch anything.
Already try do clear simpl file and disconect all cables but no success.
I can connect to PRO2 via RS232 or LAN.
Any idea?

Is that definitely the problem with this issue? I just got a unit repaired by Crestron and lo and behold when he came back this is happening right out of the box . I suppose if this is the case I can just open it and try to reconnect the cables. Is this something that we can do?

This usually happens when the Pro2 can't detect it's IO and/or COM boards. Given that they're sandwiched between the backplane and the case, I doubt they came loose, but you might as well check. Might need a replacement. Perhaps something got zapped and killed something.
