OT-shot in the dark

I have a brand new Runco V63 plasma that we broke during install. Cracked glass. (Yes, ouch!). I cannot find anyone willing to try and repair it, not even Runco. Does anyone know what I might do to get it fixed before I stage a dramatic YouTube video of its falling from a skyscraper or something equally as stupid?

Ouch expensive mistake. Are you sure that it didn't happen during shipping? ;)

Really, Runco won't repair it. Great products but they suck if they won't fix it.
