We have a client that wishes to view their security cameras on their V12 touch panels. The V12 is 720x480 resolution. The security camera DVR is custom made, and 1920x1080. The security DVR has a set of protocols that allow us to scale in order to get a picture. The only video output connection from the DVR is a DVI.
When viewing the cameras on the TP, we get the following error message:
"Media stream window (0) cnxmjpeg.exe application error The instruction at 0x709109F9 referenced memory at 0x4D554452. The memory could not read Click ok to terminate program."
If we click OK, and then try viewing the camera again, the picture shows up and there is no error message. But if we press buttons to cycle through the cameras, the error message pops up here and there.
Does anyone have any experience with this issue? Or can you recommend a solution? It's been eating our lunch for weeks now.
