TPMC 17 CH booting in wrong resolution
Hey guys, I have a TPMC17CH that is booting into 1024 x 768
resolution, instead of 1280 x 768 like it's supposed to. I've tried to reload the firmware, but it won't take it (simply errors out). In Setup, the display resolution doesn't show up like on a normal panel. Is there some weird hidden file that got reset in the unit? The panel sure isn't very usable when it's only displaying about 2/3 of the width. Hopefully somebody has seen this before. Thanks in advance, Chuck |
Have you tried loading the firmware onto a compact flash card, and then doing the update locally?

Well, I'm hosed now. I started a reload from compact flash, and
during the reboot, it simply froze for about 30 minutes. Then after I ran out of patience and did a reboot, the display came up with a blue screen, declaring that the registry entry for the boot file was missing. Time to send it back, which is what I thought would happen anyway. Thanks for the advice.
