I just updated two NVX cards in one of our Auditoriums, and now either we don't get any video or they go Green first and then go black after about 1 or 2 minutes.

Is everything in the "chain" updated to 7.x.x.x series firmware.

You won't get video unless all of your devices (TX and RX) are running the same level of firmware.

Thanks Brian.? I had an idea that would be the case.? although I can route video from a device in another room using the same XIO Director.? tha's why I thought I would ask.
