Intercom recommendations - Not 2N or Doorbird

Hi all.? Just wondering if anyone knows of any IP intercoms/access control systems out there that might integrate well with Crestron?? I currently use 2N IP Verso (gen1) and a couple of access control units (keypads) which do everything I want in terms of integrating with my Crestron but the thing that is killing me is the video quality of the door camera. Its horrible.? Low res, grainy and unusable at night.?
?
I am also not a big fan of the 2N licensing structure and having to pay extra for this and extra for that and even just the subscription cost to have it call our phones.? ? Ultimately I wanted 2N for the ability for the intercom to be used on our TSW panels but as it turns out, we just dont use that feature.? When the doorbell rings, one of us has answered it on our phone before getting anywhere near a TSW!?
?
Im looking for something that can provide a higher quality image, with the ability to add access control units to the system, and there are a few options out there, but I need the ability to control the units IO ports via an API through Crestron at the same time.? I use this for door locking/unlocking from Crestron and also door open/close monitoring among a few other things.? ?Hikvision do a very similar system to the 2N which ticks all the boxes, but as far as I know, their API is non existent so I would lose Crestron control.? ?Have also seen another brand called Akuvox which looks interesting and they seem to have control support for their devices, but I am just unfamiliar with the brand.??
?
I could always upgrade to the 2N IP Verso 2.0 but again, their prices are ridiculous and then add on the required automation licenses and ongoing subscription costs for each mobile device and it becomes a rather unattractive option.?
?
Any thoughts or recommendations?? Or am I looking for a fairytale project that just doesnt exist in the price range of common folk???

The DoorBird works 'OK'. the camera isn't the greatest though. ControlWorks has an integration for it.
I think that there's still some limitation for the Camera and/or ICM connected to more than TSW device at a time...
?
HoloVision (eHoloVision.com) has an interface called VIO2 that I have used in the past, that works with RAVA. The also include an IP camera that is also 'OK' and will work with video to TSWs, GO, NVRs etc.
The one downside is (I think) there's no dedicated app like the other devices that are available.
?
Akuvox looks interesting. They list Crestron as a 'Technology Partner' but not modules or integration info that I could find in a quick search.
Also, the Website doesn't list any US phone #'s. That's kind of an issue for me...
?
Would love to hear others' thoughts on this as well

IMO, it costs what it costs to have a good thing that works right ght and does all the stuff reliably.
?
We do access control and Home on every job, and for the money, nothing is better than the 2n. When you get under the hood it is a really powerful device... Probably more than needed, so and I'm sure most of the cost goes towards their software.?
?
If you want to mess with the holovision/Rava setup ckangis mentioned, I have a "gently used" one we replaced with 2n and can send it your way it for pennies on the dollar. I also have a Barix, same deal for Rava support but you basically assemble the mic speaker camera and lock control from whatever components you want to use. Fun, if you're into that sort of thing. Not easy though, and if time is money, you'll probably wind up coming back to 2n at some point.?

Also FYI, I just confirmed with the infamous JEFFO (Love that guy!)...:)? That the VIO product is no longer available...

JEFFO is the man - Love getting his early morning callbacks ;-)
?
Just ordered two 2N pieces from him....

I didn't know they were providing solutions for 2N now, but that's awesome.

I've been using their custom plates and gadgets since the 90s, back when they were called HoloSound (not Vision). ?
