NVX Firmware upgrade

Hi,
I recently picked up a bunch of DM-NVX-351's with the goal of replacing an aging DM-16x16 system at home. ? Maybe I'm missing something but I can't get any of the units I've tried to update to the latest firmware .00084. ?I've tried using DM NVX tool and directly from the Web UI and both fail in different ways.
The Web UI loads the update file and then just fails. ?The DM NVX tool appears to work but when I rescan the devices after a reboot they are still at the older firmware level.
I've connected via SSH but don't see anything obvious to allow an update via the command line. ? Any help would be appreciated as always!

What version of firmware are they on currently? I typically try to step up through the major versions, so 3.X -> 4.x ->5.x, etc... It isn't always needed but I find when its not working it saves time in the long run.
?
Sometimes I have also had to do a full factory restore on the boxes to get it to firmware ( the obnoxious 11 button press, not just the init/restore from console ).

I typically update all of the NVX devices via the NVX firmware update script provided on the Crestron help page.
Depending on the firmware of the NVX device that you are trying to update, you can use either the puf version of the tool or the zip version.
All that is required is a quick script edit for the firmware version and the IP addresses.
It will update 10 devices at a time, and they should all be a similar series (35x, 36x, E/D, etc.).
You can get it from their help site by just searching for NVX firmware update tool.
?
Good luck,
Brian

Thanks for the suggestions. ?I downloaded the Firmware Updater tool from the website and everything worked first time. ?Thanks again
