TV Presets v2.0

I am using TV Presets Profile Manager v2.0, TV Presets CRPC Interface v2.0 and TV Presets Channel Control v1.0 and when sending out channel numbers to IR Driver I am getting duplicate Numbers on occasion of "0" or previous selections doesnt clear and will send a long channel string.
Ex: I select channel "1002" and get this "10002" or select "1223" and channel doesnt change so I select channel "1103" and get "12231103".
?
Has anyone else experience this?

Are you working in Simpl or CH?
?
I work in Simpl and use a Serial to Analog 16bit, take that analog value and feed it into a keypad decoder 12 module. Some other small logic after that, but the keypad module allows timing adjustments so that it doesn't miss digits (get 35 instead of 355) etc.

Are you sure its the presets module, or could it be your IR driver sending out the double pulses? Do the double pulses show up in debugger coming out of the presets module? We use them on every job and havent seen this behavior.?

Debugger shows correct data. Channel number and IR Pulses

That is essentially how the TV Presets Channel Control v1.0 works but I know some Crestron modules can be polluted with over programming. I will try to use Simpl logic over the module to accomplish this. Thanks

So if its only pulsing once in debugger than the presets module is working.? correctly. I would check your IR module and set it to Pulse Only no repeats, or run your signals thru a One Shot. What is the device you are controlling?

Xfinity cable box.
?
in Debugger I will see IR pulses for 1,0,0,3 but actually what happens is 1,0,0,0,3 at the device.

There probably needs to be a longer delay between each command. As someone else mentioned, modifying the IR driver might also help.

Did some additional troubleshooting and resolved issue yesterday. Replaced IR Emitter and offset Emitter to IR receiver. Numbers don't seem to duplicate any longer. Tested about 15 presets and zero failures. Thanks all for the input.

I'm curious what brand Emitter you had and what you replaced it with?
?
FTR, I have for years said to only use Xantech emitters, and that it has been the fix for similar issues when I had happened to use another brand (Snap, Russound, Niles, SpeakerCraft, etc. etc.)
I have never had an issue with Xantech, and the glue is generally much better also
?
I even had a little SnapAV 4x4 package with IR receivers for their 'room boxes' that I used for a client's son's simple repeater system. It came with everything you needed including IR emitters...
After spending a half day trouble-shooting control problems with the Comcast DCT boxes, I replaced the snap emitters with xantech and walked away with everything working never to hear about it again!!
I have 7-8 other stories that I'll spare you from...
?
Just use Xantech!!? ? (And no, I make no $$$...Haha)

Was just thinking too- did you have emitter covers on them? Ive seen many times without them that the IR will bounce around and get picked up again by the device adding a second IR pulse that was not sent by the control system.?

I replaced with a Crestron emitter and removed glue to replace with silicone.?

Cover was on this emitter but still had issues with being consistent, after replacement with a Crestron emitter and cover I haven't had any issues.

Mmmmm...? Crestron emitters are still Xantech I think so that's not it probably.
As an aside, we paint all our emitters with flat black spray paint (Plastic stable) to create a one-to-one relationship. That is a PITA that the old Xantech emitters solved...but that was too helpful as like most things today!
