Is anyone having issues with the new x70 series like edge light bleeding and calibration issues???

I have 8 touch screens but unfortunately one of them is acting weird, the lower part of the screen doesn't respond to touch and it makes the keyboard unusable.?

There is no option to calibrate the panel as far as I can tell. Tried initialize, FW update and hard reset but nothing seems to work.?

We've had a big issue with ghost presses and unresponsive areas of the screen on our x70 series panels. It seems to be caused by our custodians using cleaning products on the panels. The panels will start freaking out and the only way to fix them is a power cycle. Crestron's response was to only clean them with water which makes sense but that's hard to control with hundreds of panels out there.
