Best HDMI Matrix Switcher for 4X4: Still AVPro Edge? (vs. Atlona, Binary, Crestron, etc.)
For upcoming Crestron controlled entertainment space.

If you can try out the HDAnywhere MHUB2.0 4x4.? Price wise it's better and it comes with 4 HDBT receivers.? There is also a HDMI CEC driver for Displays as well.?

My two cents is avoid Atlona unless you like replacing dead devices whenever the power blips. EX70 Receivers and 210 transmitter plates love bricking themselves when the power goes out

I have a ton of Atlona post-covid and have not seen this issue in the past year and a half. They were the available product when supply chains were nightmares, and I ended up sticking with them for a while.

This will change soon as I look more into Q-Sys and AVoIP style systems for the next rev.

Its bigger, but I really like the Lightware MX2-8x4-HDMI20-CA if you could use some spare outs

I had good luck with WyreStorm MX0404-HDMI. Supports IR, Serial and IP control. I requested drivers from support and they sent them over. Looks like they use Janus Technology to develop their drivers. It hit a good price point and easily available in the integration channel.?
