Cannot get DMPS3-4K-350-C H.264 input to work

I set up a stream with a pull link from Restream (rtmp://live.restream.io/pull/play_3132352_366e659ded2fd19a260d), but could not get the DMPS3 to accept it, no matter what settings were changed. However, VLC had no problem with the stream. I'd really like to get this option functioning as part of a video system upgrade in one of our larger theatres. Thanks in advance! Dan Edit: I brought everything to my home network and was unsuccessful, eliminating a firewall issue or something else on our network.
