Figured I would consult the hive mind while I wait to hear back from TB support on this. Installed 3 HD-PS402s in 3 different classrooms. All 3 have DM Lite out to RXC-101 to 2 projectors in the room.
1 room works as intended, however the other 2 will not keep a stable signal when both projectors are plugged into the DM Lite Port. If only 1 is plugged in (doesn't matter the port) the output is fine.
TB suggested I swap the one working to a room that wasn't and see what the results were and behold the 2 were stable. Now I'd like to think I don't have 2 faulty 402s but I did notice that on the one the works the DM ports are orange where the other 2 that aren't working are blue. Would this make a difference? Anyone have any thoughts on this? Cabling tested good and even reterminated the ends just to make sure. All runs are 100' or less as well.
