The only difference there is your line ending.? Crestron turns \n into \x0D\x0A, while your second command only has \x0D (aka \r)? Some devices are flexible about line endings, but most are not.

Well, of course you have to have a max number of loads and scenes, but I would presume that was assumed. That said, I can quickly change my max quantity.

It would be very difficult to achieve a truly flexible architecture in SIMPL to accomplish this. It's not impossible, but because of the nature of SIMPL you'd have to specify limits for the number of loads in a scene and the number of scenes ahead of time.?
S#Pro allows you to build as many objects as you need, dynamically.?

One of the easiest may be to build a web page that can accept HTTP post data and dump it into your database for display. ? The URL would look something like or whatever. ? If there are a minimal amount of loads it wouldn't be too bad. A collection of buffers, arams and init/equ. It could be a good learning exercise for you.
If there are a lot of loads I would run.

You could write your own module pretty easily as well

The help file in SIMPL+ is pretty extensive, just hit F1 on a piece of syntax or select Help from the task bar.

Re: New Crestron products at ISE
It looks like it's a European product. I personally think it's ugly and hope I don't have to deal with it. The LCD isn't a touchscreen, either.
