Unless I'm mistaken, Crestron Mobile (iPhone) and Crestron Mobile G (iPad) would only load a project that was designed for their respective device.? If you want to use only one instance for both devices then you would probably need to install Crestron Mobile on the iPad instead of Crestron Mobile G.
If you still can't get it to work then I'd recommend posting some screenshots of the symbol configuration in Simpl, the Ethernet settings of the processor, and the configuration in the app.? Otherwise people here can only guess at what the issue is. The "platform not supported" error will also be triggered if the web port is incorrect.? Are you trying to connect from the LAN or WAN?? If you aren't on the WAN then I would make sure http port of your processor hasn't been changed.? If you are on the WAN then I would make sure the port isn't being blocked by your ISP. |

I actually have that same module already, but I deleted mine and re-set up the new one. ?Still no difference in the message. ? On a side note, is it needed to have two of these devices if I want to talk using an ipad and an iphone? ?In the project I had only one, but could talk with the iphone and ipad before. Thanks Brian |

Are you using the old Crestron Mobile modules?? If there are actual modules being used for Crestron Mobile then that's probably your problem.? They changed it over to native "Crestron Mobile" ethernet devices years ago and, when they did that, it removed the need for the value in "Port-B".

I hope it is just me and there is something I can do. ?Crestron Programmers Group is the only group i've joined on Yahoo. ? I normally just lurk, because I find the setup of this to be a nightmare. ?I log in and it automatically just shows up every post to every topic under "Conversations" I have to click to organize by topic. ?searching this forum is the same thing if I search "some random topic" then I get to see every single post that includes that topic. Is there a better way to organize the Group on my end? ?I use this by logging in to my yahoo mail account. ?If I try to search for this on my own, I get all kinds of groups to join about organization. I would like for it to default to conversations as list by topic (like every other board in the world), and the same thing with searching. ?If I search for "password protect" then show me results by listing topics. ?Instead I get 1000 results from a total of 5 threads. |

Are you sure you aren't pointing it to the wrong "Port A" or that you aren't accidentally routing that port to an iPad file?? The "Platform not supported" notice isn't generated from iOS.? It is generated from the processor and it indicates that you are trying to load an iPad file to an iPhone or visa versa.? FWIW, I still have Crestron Mobile on my iPhone 6 and I just connected to 3 different systems without any issue.

Sharp LC60LE661U volume ramp issue.
Hi All, ? I'm working with a Sharp LC60LE661U for the first time and the volume wants an integer between 0 and 100 to ramp correctly. The modules I've found in the database and Marketplace seem to only ramp between 0 and 60. Does anyone know of a module that supports a range of 0 to 100? ?Thank you. |

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýLike you, I¡¯ve used the same App for multiple years.? I too have had some related issues but Platform not supported generally suggests that you have the wrong APP loaded.? The iPone & iPad Apps are different and will evoke that very message. ? You could attempt recompiling and reloading your programs to see if that solves the issue. ? msm ? From: Crestron@...
